I want to enroll in a course. How do I do that?
Courses available can be found on our Schedule and Registration page. Once registered, you will receive an email with instructions on accessing your course closer to the start date of the class. -
How do I find my enrollment instructions/key for a course?
You will receive your enrollment key and instructions for accessing your course in your Course Information email (make sure to check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it).
This message is sent out automatically 2 days (Online Classes) or 4 days (Virtual Classes) prior to your course start date. You can also find your enrollment key in Training Central under My Classes Taken, and then click Class Info next to the course you registered for. -
How soon will my assignments be graded?
Each instructor grades on their own schedule. Typically you should receive a grade within 24-48 hours of posting. Contact your instructor if you do not see your grade. -
The audio/visual in my class will not work, what should I do?
Check your computer settings to ensure you are allowed to access internet sites. Check your pop-up blocker to make sure it is disabled. Have your IT staff look at your settings to confirm settings are correct before contacting APCO support. -
The checklist in my class is not showing 100% although I finished all the assignments. What should I do?
This indicates a setting within the class is not correct. Please contact your instructor for assistance. -
